You haven't set which designs your pieces come out with. Go to Templates, open a collection and tap «Use this collection».
I connected Facebook but Instagram is still disconnected
Your Instagram account is a personal one. In the Instagram app go to Settings → Account type and tools and switch it to professional (Creator or Business). Link it to your Facebook Page, come back and hit Connect.
«Facebook didn't give us your page»
You granted the permission but came back with no page ticked. Connect again and, on the pages screen, tick the box next to yours: it comes empty.
LinkedIn says it expired
LinkedIn's permission lasts about two months and doesn't renew itself. Hit Reconnect in Branding and you're done.
The video buttons are locked
The Starter plan doesn't include video. They're open during your first month as a gift; after that you need Pro or Growth.
«You've used all your plan's videos this month»
You hit the monthly cap. It resets on the first of the month, or you can move to a bigger plan.
I deleted several pieces and now it won't generate more
You've used up this week's redos (3 per week, reset on Monday). You can always delete, but past those the slot won't be filled again: it counts as quota already spent.
«You have no avatar photos»
Go to Assets, open the ⋮ menu on a photo of yourself and pick «Mark as avatar». For Avatar Pro you also need to group several photos of the same person.
The post was approved and never went out
Check whether it has a date and time, whether the network is on in Branding and whether the connection is still valid.
The trial ended
Pick a plan in Settings. Whatever you created during the trial stays with you.
