Editing and approving

How to change a piece's text, photo or design before publishing it.

Tap a card to open it. You'll see the piece large, the post text and all the controls.

The text

• «Edit» opens the fields and you write: post text, hashtags and, in a carousel, each slide's headline and text.
• The chat makes the changes for you. Ask in your own words: «make it shorter», «open with a question». It shows the proposed change and you decide whether to apply it.
• «Edit template» lets you touch the text directly on the design. The guides show how far each space goes.

The image

• Pick a photo from your library.
• Create a new one with AI by describing what you want.
• Edit the current one with AI by describing the change.
• «Regenerate image» rebuilds the design with the text as it stands.

You can also change the piece's template, and in a carousel reorder or delete slides.

Redoing

If a piece doesn't convince you, delete it and Visto generates another in its place. You can always delete; what's capped is redoing: 3 per week, reset on Monday. After those, whatever you delete comes out of your quota and that slot won't be filled again.

Approving

Approving is the green light: that's when the final image is baked and the piece is ready to go out. A video has to be approved first as a video and then as a post.

Nothing publishes on its own unless it's approved. And approved without a date doesn't go out either: give it a time or publish it by hand.
