Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
At Visto we respect your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. Visto is operated by Studio1642 LLC (“Studio1642”, “we”), domiciled in Atlanta, Georgia, USA; the Meta integration is managed through 16.4.2 Studio SAS.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Studio1642. For any privacy request you can write to [email protected].
2. What information we collect
Account data: name, email and the business information you enter. Usage data: how you interact with the platform. Content: the material you generate, edit and approve. Social connections: access tokens you authorize so we can publish on your behalf (we do not store your passwords for those networks). Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, device, browser and cookies.
3. How we use your information
We use the data to: provide and operate the Service; generate and publish content according to your approvals; process payments; provide support; improve the product; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3.1 Support access to your account
To provide support and verify that the Service is working, authorized Studio1642 personnel may access your account and view the information and content in it. Such access is limited to what is necessary for that purpose and is logged (who accessed, which account and when). You may request the access log for your account by writing to [email protected].
4. Who we share data with (subprocessors)
We share data with providers that help us operate the Service, under confidentiality agreements, for example: infrastructure and database providers, artificial-intelligence model providers, media-generation providers, the payment processor, and the social platforms you connect (Meta, LinkedIn, among others). On our public pages we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure traffic, Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for heatmaps and anonymous session recordings, and the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure our advertising campaigns; none of the three loads inside the platform once you log in. Each third-party platform processes your data under its own policies.
5. International transfers
Studio1642 operates from the United States. If you access the Service from Latin America or another region, your data may be transferred to and processed in the USA. We adopt reasonable measures to protect those transfers.
6. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for the time needed to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risks.
8. Your rights
You can request to access, correct, update or delete your data, as well as revoke authorizations and object to certain processing. To exercise them, write to [email protected]; we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you reside in California, you have the right to know what information we collect, request its deletion or correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. On our public pages we use advertising cookies (the Meta pixel) which, under the CCPA/CPRA definition, may constitute “sharing” information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can turn them off at any time from our Cookie Policy, without contacting us. For all other rights, write to [email protected].
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. The essential ones (session and language) are needed for the site to work. Analytics and advertising cookies depend on where you are: in Europe and Brazil they do not turn on until you accept them; in other regions they are on and you can turn them off whenever you want from our Cookie Policy, where the full detail also lives.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the current version with its date and, for material changes, notify you by reasonable means.
